Failure is An Option

As we know that, most of entrepreneurs definitely will faced difficulties or failure but it is should not use as an excuses for them to give up or quit with what they have planned.

Most of the successful entrepreneurs believes that failure is something that should be a factor that can boost their spirit for them to do something better. It is also can be a lesson or a learning process that entrepreneurs must gone through.

Besides, failures also will improve the entrepreneurs ability or skills because they already gain new knowledge based on their experiences. So they will analyse the cause of their failure and they will try to come up with new plan or strategy to redeem their mistake. Other than that, entrepreneurs must have a positive thinking so that they will not feel that failure is something that can bring them down.

One of example of entrepreneur that faced a lot of failures before become a successful businessman or entrepreneur is Richard Charles Nicholas Branson or mostly known as Richard Branson. He is the one who is establish or founder of Virgin Group. Besides, there were a lot of companies under Virgin Group such as Virgin Atlantic (airline), Virgin Mobile (telecommunication), Virgin Money (banking), Virgin Records ( recording company) and others.

Richard Branson have gone through several failures and he stated that in his autobiography. He said not all of his business make profits but all the failure is a learning process in his life and it is makes him become success until today.
